Ganji first engaged with Console Mission in 2018 when she became a health trainee while studying in grade 9. After completing grade 10, Console Mission secured a scholarship for her from two sources: the college itself and a company invested in the education of teenagers and young adults.
Now, as a Bachelor's degree student, she is mindful of students from her village who need assistance to attend college in the city. She aims to raise funds to help them, just as she once needed a local guardian and guidance, roles that Console Mission fulfilled. She aspires to act as a consultant, helping students, especially those from rural areas, to select colleges and appropriate subjects for their advanced studies.

Dedication is key to rapid advancement. A young health professional, formerly a Board Member, journeyed to the region served by Console Mission and applied her expertise to educate the locals about their health. Initially, she was one of the beneficiaries that Console Mission encountered. She maintained communication with the organization, attending every annual general meeting, online sessions, and eventually in-person gatherings. Her growth as a Board Member led to her acceptance of the Chairperson role, as nominated by the assembly.

Dr. Sushma, a pediatrician, sought to understand the impact of teenage marriage on girls, as she had spent most of her time abroad and had been in a leadership role since 2021. Her interest was beneficial for the organization, as it is rare to have someone from the medical field who can link social issues with health factors.
